Vendor & Guests Rules & Guidelines

All animals should be healthy and legal to sell in the state of Michigan.

No venomous reptiles of any kind, including rear fang.

No wild caught animals,

Escaped animals. Each vendor / exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that no animal escapes its enclosure and the vendor / exhibitor is responsible for the return of the escaped animal.

Each vendor/exhibitor is exclusively liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from handling of their live animals on the host facility premises.

Vendor / Exhibitor Badges. All staff working a table are required to have a badge. Each vendor / exhibitor will be issued two badges if required.

Guests will be allowed to bring one animal into the venue. 

Guests will not bring in an animal for the purpose of selling it. Only show vendors may sell animals. 

Guests, any violation of these rules you will be asked to leave.

Table Limit. No vendor / exhibitor will be allowed any more than 8 tables at the time of booking.

Single Table is $40.00. 2 or more $35.00 per table.

Deposit: Vendors are required to pay 50% deposit to hold their table/tables. This is to be paid within two weeks before the show. This is to ensure that only vendors / exhibitors who are serious will be at the show. And allows us a satisfactory time to secure another vendor / exhibitor for the table.
